  • Hridayesh Tripathi, a CA member of Tarai Madhesh Loktantrik Party TMLP, asks Maoists what their stand is on political consensus.

Maoists have in the cadres' national convention termed Nepali Congress as their enemies, CPN UML as opportunist, and Tarai parties as foreign stooge and reactionaries, he said asking Maoists how they can advocate political consensus by accusing fellow party politicos in such an indecent manner.

Tripathi raised the issue while proposing the name of Ramani Ram for CA VC election in CA Friday. Asking all political parties to support the Dalit woman of Tarai for the post of CA VC, Tripathy noted "if you do not back her you do not have any ethical ground to talk of inclusiveness."
